Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for any course you accept these terms. If you do not agree do not register.

1. Eligibility

You must meet all course prerequisites. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Registration Process

Your seat is held only after full payment or an approved payment plan. We may refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order. Late or failed payments may result in cancellation.

4. Refunds and Transfers

Seven day cooling off applies if the course start date is more than fourteen days away. Full refund within seven days of purchase. No refunds within fourteen days of the start date. You may request a one time transfer to a future date if space permits. Administrative fees may apply.

5. Cancellations by Us

We may reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, facility issues, or events beyond our control. You will receive a full refund or a transfer credit at your choice. This is your sole remedy.

6. Attendance and Punctuality

You must attend all required hours to receive certification. Late arrival or early departure may result in failure. Missed time may require make up hours at additional cost if available.

7. Conduct and Safety

Professional conduct is required. Unsafe behavior results in removal without refund. Follow all instructor directions. No drugs or alcohol. Report injuries or hazards immediately.

8. Fitness and Medical Readiness

You confirm that you are fit to participate in physical training when applicable. You accept the inherent risks of practical scenarios and agree to use reasonable care.

9. Certification and Results

Successful completion depends on your performance and attendance. We do not guarantee certification, employment, or licensing outcomes.

10. Equipment and Property

You are responsible for any issued equipment and for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. Fees may apply for loss or damage.

11. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, videos, and assessments are our property or our licensors. Personal use only. No copying, sharing, or redistribution without written permission.

12. Photo and Video Consent

Training may be photographed or recorded for safety, assessment, or promotional use. You consent to reasonable use of your image. If you wish to opt out email us before your course date.

13. Privacy

We collect and use your data to process registrations, deliver training, issue certificates, and meet regulatory requirements. We store data securely and retain it only as needed. For access or deletion requests contact us by email.

14. Assumption of Risk

You accept the risks inherent in physical and scenario based training. You release us from claims arising from ordinary risks of such activities. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Limitation of Liability
